Bourbon barrel aged favorites, brand new concoctions, and new variants from Roak. 10 in all. The toughest part will be deciding which to try first.

4 ELF WINTER WARMER
4 Elf is holiday cheer in liquid form. Spicy aromas like cinnamon and clove help this dark brown winter warmer greet you with a proper holiday welcome. A balance of malt, hops, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, honey, and brown sugar helps this beer pair well with all holiday foods—from sweet snacks to the roast beast.
ABV: 8.75%. IBU: 36
Pairs well with holiday parties, snowball fights, and any roast beast.

BBA SCOTTY KARATE – SCOTCH ALE
We brew Scotty Karate with cherry wood smoked malt instead of the traditional peat smoked malt offering up notes of coffee, caramel and sweet caramelized brown sugar. This barrel aged version is stored in the finest bourbon barrels until it’s ready to roundhouse kick it’s way out. The smokey, caramelly flavors of Scotty spar perfectly with the sharp, oaky flavors of the barrel.
ABV: 9.75% IBU: 26
PAIRS WELL WITH roast pork, smoked salmon, rich desserts and long solo jams.

THE BIG FIG – BARLEYWINE WITH FIG & VANILLA
Aromas of vanilla and dried fruit, with a strong malt backbone. This copper colored sipper has rested in bourbon barrels for the better part of the year, patiently gathering flavor for you. Slow down and enjoy this one by the fire shared with loved ones.
ABV: 13% IBU: 57
Pairs Well with Prosciutto, bleu cheese, a comfy chair, and doing nothing.

PLEAD THE 5TH – BBA RUSSIAN IMPERIAL STOUT
Pitch black in color with a faint tan head that immediately identifies this beer as BIG. Aromas of dark fruits, chocolate, caramel and roast also make it even bigger. Roasted coffee and fruity chocolate notes are just the beginning of this stout’s complex flavor. If this is wrong we don’t want to be right.
ABV: 11% IBU: 41
Pairs well with spicy food, pungent cheese, and justice for all.

PLEAD THE 5TH – BBA SPICY HOT CHOCOLATE
Pitch black in color with a faint tan head that immediately identifies this beer as BIG. Aromas of cinnamon, chocolate and roast with a spicy bite on the back end. Reminiscent of Mexican Hot Chocolate when you need an extra bit of warmth.
ABV: 11% IBU: 41
Pairs well with Mole, Enchiladas, Manchego, and any winter activity.

PLEAD THE 5TH – S’MORE
Aromas of dark fruits, chocolate, caramel and roast. Our Russian Imperial Stout that you know and love, with the added aromas of chocolate, graham cracker, roasted marshmallows, and your favorite campfire. Adding the s’more flavor made this already complex and lovable beer even more so.
ABV: 11% IBU: 41
Pairs well with stout chili, burgers, and a winter tailgate with friends.

BLACKOUT – N.E. STYLE BLACK IPA WITH BLACKBERRY
Blackout is a New England Style Black IPA that pours bright as a full moon lit night. Bursting with rich dark chocolate flavors coupled with tropical flavors imparted by the hops and blackberry tartness.
ABV: 8% IBU: 40
Stands up to rich flavors like fried chicken, BBQ ribs, and anything chocolate.

RICE ROCKET – IMPERIAL IPA
This pale colored Imperial IPA was brewed with a large amount or rice to keep the finish dry and body light. Focused towards a piney hop profile, we used six different types of hops containing beta-pinene, just like… uh, pine trees. Open, pour, inhale, sip, enjoy.
ABV: 11% IBU: 72
Pairs well with sunny days, A fresh snow, spicy curry dishes and blue cheese.

BBA STRAWBERRY FRENCH TOAST DEVIL DOG – OATMEAL SOUT
A Bourbon Barrel, Breakfast Beer. The big, bold character of Devil Dog Oatmeal Stout served with generous notes of maple, strawberry purée, vanilla and cinnamon aged in once used bourbon barrels.
ABV: 11.4% IBU: 45

BBA BACON FRENCH TOAST DEVIL DOG – OATMEAL SOUT
A Bourbon Barrel, Breakfast Beer. The big, bold character of Devil Dog Oatmeal Stout served with generous notes of bacon, maple, vanilla and cinnamon aged in once used bourbon barrels.
