Homosapien Trip Ale

We brew this tripel with a Trappist yeast strain to hold true to the traditional style. We add Michigan cherries after fermentation to give this beer a slight tartness and mild fruit flavor while remaining beer forward. The flavors are incredibly complex with a slight sweetness that still finishes dry on the palate.
